Financial FAQs

Do You Take Insurance?

Back In Balance Chiropractic is an in-network provider for Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare and Medicare.

We are out-of-network with all other insurance companies but can offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if requested.

We understand that your health is an investment, and we offer flexible ways to pay to make your care more affordable.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

What If my insurance doesn’t cover chiropractic?

If you have no insurance or if your insurance does not have any chiropractic benefits, there are still ways for you to receive the chiropractic care that you need. Many patients discover that chiropractic care is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable.

We want to make care as affordable as possible. We offer care plans based on the number of visits needed. This is determined during your exam and we can offer up to a 25% savings from the usual fees.

Can I use my HSA/FSA?

If you have a pre-tax Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or a Health Savings Account (HSA) offered by an employer, the money can usually be used for health-related services or products, including chiropractic care. We are happy to provide you with a receipt for reimbursement if needed. Please verify reimbursement eligibility and requirements directly with your employer.

Do you accept auto accident and workers’ compensation cases?

At this time we are not accepting any new auto accident or workers compensation cases.

What is the cost of care?

The cost of your care will depend on what you are coming in for, what was found during your intake and exam, as well as what your goals are, and how much care will be needed. The new patient intake and exam are $100 and subsequent visits range from $45-$60.
